Av. Seren Selen Uslu

Seren Selen Uslu completed her high school education at İzmir Bornova Anatolian High School and graduated from Koç University Faculty of Law.

She spent her legal internship at the leading law firms in the fields of Corporate Law and Project Finance under the Istanbul Bar Association. During her internship, she provided legal consultancy services to many large-scale local or foreign investment infrastructure, construction, energy and investment projects, and gained experience in many transactions, including the establishment of the legal infrastructure of all activities, starting from the establishment of companies.

On the other hand, she has carried out studies on the compliance process of companies with the Law on Protection of Personal Data and has received trainings in this field.

After a productive one-year internship experience, she registered to the Muğla Bar Association and started to work as a lawyer in our office.

Seren Selen Uslu, who mainly provides advocacy and consultancy services on corporate law, contract law, law of obligations and protection of personal data; She has a good command of English.
